2016 Prep Charter High School (PA) defensive end Karamo Dioubate received an offer from West Virginia, and the Mountaineers join some of the top programs in the country. Dioubate, 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds plays defensive end, but has the frame to grow into a likely defensive tackle at the next level.
