BGS Weekly Big 12 Hoops Report

It was a perfect 15-0 week for the Big 12 – 10-0 at home, 5-0 on the road – as the conference continues to lead the nation in winning percentage (85.1 percent).   The closest a conference school came to losing was Kansas’ three-point win over Utah and West Virginia’s 69-66 squeaker over Marshall.  The average margin of victory for the week was 19.3 points.

TCU became the first school to reach double-digits in victories in establishing a school record with its 10-0 start.

Six (6) conference teams are in the RPI Top 35, with Kansas at number 2.

The conference’s schools will likely continue its collective feast on non-conference schools with 19 games scheduled this week, highlighted by Texas-Stanford in Austin and West Virginia-N. C. State in Madison Square Garden.
