Friday, October 21, 2016 has worked diligently to make the end users experience the best it could possibly be while providing quality free content. With that said let’s outline why BGS is a must visit for any and all WVU sports fans.

USA Today Affiliation

BGS recently signed a contract to become the ONLY WVU related media site to be affiliated with USA Today Sports digital properties. This allows us to bring you even better content to include multi-media. As an affiliate BGS has access to the USA Today digital media gallery allowing us to share pictures taken by USA Today photographers. Also as an affiliate you will soon start to see our Campus Reports which are video news segments related to the most recently happenings surrounding WVU athletics. The Reports are scripted by BGS and produced by USA Today and will be published twice per week.

We Are Credentialed Media

BGS has been very fortunate to be granted access to West Virginia University as a member of the credentialed media. This is an honor we take very seriously and do all we can to take advantage by reporting on everything WVU. You will regularly find original BGS video interviews as well as first hand quotes and photo galleries from being live at WVU sporting events.

Recruiting Database

BGS has recently launched its first recruiting database allowing our users to see every detail of every recruit WVU has offered for the 2016 and 2017 class. This database will regularly be updated to reflect any news related to WVU and new offers potential WVU commits receive throughout their recruitment. We are also expanding our database to allow the end user to search recruits not only by name but by state. We have implemented our popular interactive recruiting map into the database soon allowing users to search throughout the United States for recruits by simply hovering over the state they choose to view.

Updated Forum

BGS has gone to great lengths to make its forum a fun informative environment free of any personal attacks and trolling. Although BGS is not part of a parent recruiting service we have 3 different writers working tirelessly to keep our members up to date on the latest surrounding WVU recruiting. We can confidently guarantee this is the best recruiting information you will be able to find outside being charged a monthly fee. Also, through tireless networking we have gained access to WVU that we pass on to you, content all others will ask you to pay for.

Members Email Feature

BGS has an email feature that many of you may have already received. This email feature is not automated but written by BGS owner Jeremy Simon and sent to every registered member with a valid email address. These emails allow us to inform our users of breaking news and important posts on the forum without them having to search for it. These emails will never flood your inbox as we are selective as to what we think our readers feel necessitate notification.

We Were Built On Social Media

One things BGS prides itself on is the fact that we choose to interact with our followers. You will always find a BGS staff member on the forum as well as social media including Twitter and Facebook. We do this simply because without you BGS would not be as successful as it is today. We appreciate our faithful followers and feel the best way to repay you is through providing free content and active conversation.

Updated Site Look

We recently updated our site to make it more user friendly including easier navigation as well as larger font for easier reading. The site is now more mobile friendly to allow easier reading on smart phones and tablets.

It’s Not About Money

BGS is a self funded site. You will never see us beg you to pay for our content. We will never bride you with paying one month to get three free just to reel you in. Every upgrade and every feature is funded by the staff at BGS. We will never pass the cost to bring you the best in WVU content. Because of this we take pride in this site.
