Creighton Backs Out Of Tournament

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – (November 19, 2020) — The Creighton Jayhawks have backed out of the Bad Boys Mowers Crossover Classic on Thursday night due to a positive COVID case within the program.

This now marks Duke, Utah, Ohio State, Dayton, Texas A&M and Creighton to back out of the tournament.

West Virginia, Memphis and Wichita State are the only teams left from the original field.

Creighton would’ve been the best team the Mountaineers could’ve faced in South Dakota.

The Mountaineers will take on Northern Iowa on Nov. 25 in the first round.

College basketball scheduling mayhem continues.
