Dante Stills Named to Big 12 Media Preseason Team

Dante Stills has been named to the Preseason All-Big 12 Media football team.

On Wednesday the Big 12 announced its annual media preseason football team voted on by media representatives who cover the league. Still was the only player from West Virginia on the list after finishing last season as a Big 12 Honorable Mention selection.

Last year, Stills played in 10 games, and finished with 35 total tackles, 10.5 tackles for a loss, and two sacks.

The team also consists of the media’s preseason picks for offensive, defensive, and newcomer of the year in the league. Spencer Rattler of Oklahoma was the selection for Offensive Player of the Year, Mike Rose of Iowa State was the selection for Defensive Player of the Year, and Eric Gray of Oklahoma was the selection for Newcomer of the Year.

The All-Big 12 team consisted of 30 players (16 on offense and 14 on defense) from nine schools in the Big 12.
