Cabell Midland High School (WV) defense end Reese Donahue made the trip to Morgantown on Saturday with two things in mind. He wanted to take in the experience of Junior Day at West Virginia, and he wanted a Mountaineer offer.

Donahue can now check both of those boxes.

Not only did he receive the West Virginia offer, but he pulled the trigger and committed to the 2016 class.

Reese, 6-foot-5 and 235 pounds led the state in sacks with 18.5.

“I have been a WVU fan my entire life,” Donahue said.
