Feel Good Friday: J.T. Thomas and Quinton Spain giving back to their respective communities

We’ve had some Mountaineers hard at work off the turf the past several weeks.

J.T. Thomas of the New York Giants partnered with Intensive Therapeutics for a charity bowling event.

MQuinton Spainonday Night Bowling’ was held Nov. 2 in Wallington, NJ to raise money for Intensive Therapeutics. The organization provides group and individual occupational therapy services for kids with special needs. Giants players and fans came out to support the cause.

Over in Nashville, Quinton Spain was the star of the Tennessee Titans Women’s Association ‘Football 101′ to raise money for the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition.

There were 240 women in attendance at the event, during which women learned different aspects of the game and competed in a scrimmage coached by Spain and the entire rookie class.

His energy did not go unnoticed!

Spain is enjoying different community and charity events in his first year. He has also spent some time visiting hospitals and nursing homes.
