James, Ryan injured in WVU’s loss to Texas

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.—During the second half of West Virginia’s loss to Texas, sophomore wide receiver Sean Ryan and freshman wide out Sam James left the game with injuries.

Head coach Neal Brown wasn’t sure of the severity of the injuries but believes Ryan could be out for a couple weeks. Brown will have more of an update on their statuses on Tuesday at his weekly press conference.

James has six receptions for 66 yards and one touchdown while Ryan had five catches for 70 yards.
