Bell, visited West Virginia this past weekend, and it was a good enough visit for him to make his commitment to the Mountaineers. West Virginia beat out Oakland, East Tennessee State, and Sam Houston State.
Bell joins Erik Stevenson, Mohamed Wague, and Joe Toussaint as transfers coming to West Virginia this offseason, while him and Wague both came from the junior college level, compared to Stevenson and Toussaint who transferred in from other power five programs.
