K.J. Dillon gets drafted by the Houston Texans

One of the top safeties in the draft has a new home. The Texans selected Dillon with the 159th pick in the fifth round.

The rangy safety saw his draft stock rise through the pre-draft process after impressing NFL scouts and coaches alike with his athleticism. Although he lasted until the fifth round, many draft pundits saw Dillon as a top-5 safety in this draft. Great value pick for Houston.

Dillon makes the fifth WVU player selected in the 2016 NFL Draft with Karl Joseph, Nick Kwiatkoski, Wendell Smallwood and Daryl Worley taken before him.

We will break down this selection in the coming days here at BlueGoldSports.
