Cleveland signed former Raiders safety on Monday. BGS’ Ashley O’Brien reported the signing in March but the Browns made it official the week. http://www.bluegoldsports.com/karl-joseph-signs-with-the-browns-heads-to-cleveland/
The former first-round pick out heads out to Cleveland after four seasons with the Raiders.
In 2016, Joseph was named an all-rookie safety. During his first four years in the NFL, he recorded 236 tackles, 174 of which were solo, and four interceptions.
The former Mountaineer suffered a season-ending foot injury in 2019 but he isn’t concerned about passing a physical.
“No, I don’t think it will be an issue,” Joseph told the media. “I am pretty positive that I will be fine whenever that is and whenever they give us the clearance to do that. Moving forward, I am 100 percent positive that I will be fine with the physical. I will pass it.”
