Kwiatkoski signs with the Chicago Bears

CHICAGO – The Chicago Bears selected former WVU linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski with the 113th pick in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. The 6-foot-2 Pennsylvania native signed his official rookie contract this week.

Per the Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs, Kwiatkoski signed a four-year deal worth $2,915,120. Also included in the agreement is a $575,120 signing bonus.

Kwiatkoski played in 48 total games at WVU where he accumulated 205 solo tackles, 98 assisted tackles, 28 tackles for loss, two sacks and six interceptions.

According to chicagobears.com, Kwiatkoski will be wearing the No. 44 jersey this season.
