New WVU Men’s Soccer Promotions for 2015-16

MORGANTOWN, W.Va.   –      The West Virginia men’s soccer team will be offering a variety of exciting new promotions to enhance the fan experience at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.

The Mountaineers will have 10 home games scheduled as follows:


Friday, August 28 – Navy 7:00 pm

Sunday, August 30 – San Francisco 12:00 pm

Friday, September 11 – James Madison 7:00 pm

Sunday, September 20 – Georgetown 4:00 pm

Saturday, September 26 – UNC Greensboro TBA

Friday, October 9 – Western Michigan 7:00 pm

Tuesday, October 13 – Penn State 7:00 pm

Wednesday, October 28 – Akron 7:00 pm

Tuesday, November 3 – Penn 7:00 pm

Friday, November 6 – Northern Illinois 7:00 pm


The first promotion, titled “Dollar Days”, will feature tickets priced at just $1. Three of these will take place throughout the season on August 30, September 20, and October 13.

Beginning this season, “BOGO Coke & Popcorn” gives fans an opportunity to receive one free Coke product and popcorn with the purchase of a Coke product and popcorn on October 28. The first 500 fans to enter the stadium will also receive a free megaphone.

Youth Soccer Day will take place on September 20. This special day at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium will give youth soccer teams free entrance to the game against Georgetown.

Head coach Marlon LeBlanc and the WVU men’s soccer team hopes to see many fans, students and spectators at games this season. Stay tuned for more specials and promotions as soccer season gets into gear.
