Nick O’Toole keeping NFL aspirations alive with second tryout

Former WVU punter Nick O’Toole is getting another chance to fulfill his dream of playing in the NFL. After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL draft O’Toole was given a tryout with the Minnesota Vikings. However, the Vikings failed to sign any punter, including O’Toole after the tryout.

The journey is not over yet though for the first team All-Big 12 punter. O’Toole traveled to Jacksonville yesterday to get yet another NFL tryout, this time with the Jaguars.

O’Toole will be vying for a spot behind Brad Norton who just signed a 4 year $8.8 million deal with the Jaguars.
