“Summer (conditioning) has been good,” Nwachukwu said last week. “I feel like we are getting a lot stronger and getting in shape. We are just getting ready for the season. Last year was good, but I am trying to do even better this year. I have to pick it up.”

Orlosky was named to the All-Big 12 First Team last year by ESPN and the All-Big 12 Second Team by coaches. He started all 13 games at center for the Mountaineers and was a team captain.

“You have to look at our team goals before you start looking at individual goals,” Orlosky said last week. “Our team goals are to win the Big 12’s, get a good bowl game and get a possibility to play in the playoff’s. That’s our goal for now.”

Orlosky has also been named to the 2016 Outland Trophy Watch List (for college football’s best interior lineman) and the 2016 Rimington Trophy Watch List (for college football’s best offensive center).
