Pat McAfee is one of the most popular punters in the NFL as his on-field play earned him a trip to the Pro Bowl in 2015. But, there is more to McAfee than just his kicking duties.

When the Colts’ quarterback situation went awry this past season with injuries,  McAfee volunteered to be a backup QB. He has also had the chance to play with the Harlem Globetrotter’s.

With social media at the point where it is, of course we have a lot of professional players on social media now to interact with fans, but Pat McAfee takes it to another level. McAfee’s twitter account @PatMcAfeeShow, entertain his fans and followers on a daily basis with his interactions and tweets. McAfee is also on SnapChat: FourthDownBoss, and will post his daily activities, usually playing Mario Kart with other professional athletes,  showing off this athleticism, talking about the NFL games on game day, or traveling to exotic locations.

McAfee also had his own comedy show called “Pat McAfee: Uncaged”. When the tickets went up for show it sold out in ten minutes (1300 seats).  He is also taking his comedy on the road in Indiana called “The I-69 Tour” starting in February.

He has shown that he is a great person in the community. This past winter he paid the electric bill for 83 people in Indianapolis McAfee also has a foundation set up called the “Pat McAfee Foundation” in which he provides scholarship assistance to children of US Military personnel. McAfee’s goal with this foundation is to “help the children of our Military heroes”.
