Podcast: Devin Williams appears on The Brandon Lowe

Charleston, W.Va- There are plenty of opinions and coverage in this state surrounding Devin Williams, opting out of his last year at WVU, and turning pro. No matter what everyone says, the future certainly looks bright for the aspiring athlete. Williams had a tremendous last season with the Mountaineers becoming the 50th player in Mountaineer history to score at least a 1,000 points in their career, 2nd team All Big 12 Selection, and team MVP. Every year Devin Williams improved his game, put in the hard work, and who can forget what he did against Kansas in the Big Tournament Championship? A career high 31 points followed by 10 rebounds, sound about right? Everyone can write, say, and feel how they want, I say let Devin speak for himself. Devin Williams spoke with us on the show today about his career at WVU, his decision to go pro, the process that went into the decision, and where he wants to ultimately play professionally. Listen to the full interview below and check out The Brandon Lowe Show weekday evenings at 5 on AM 950 WBES Charleston. Devin will be signing autographs at Sports Fanz in Teays Valley this Saturday from 2 till 4.
