Quick Hit: Geno Smith, Quinton Spain both leave games early with injuries

Geno Smith made his first regular season start since Week 17 of the 2014 season when he had a perfect QB rating. Near the end of the first quarter, Smith connected with Quincy Enunwa on a 69-yard touchdown:

Midway through the second quarter, Smith was sacked on a third down and limped off the field. Trainers examined his right knee on the sideline before taking him to the locker room for more tests. At that point, he was 4/8 passing for 95 yards.

Quinton Spain also left his game with a right knee injury as the Titans battled the Colts.
