Quick Hit: Joe Alexander signs with Maccabi Tel Aviv for second stint

WVU basketball star and former Milwaukee Bucks draft pick Joe Alexander agreed to terms with Israeli basketball team Maccabi Tel Aviv on Tuesday. This will be the his second go-round with the club. He last played there in 2015.

The news was first reported by David Pick.

He spent last season in Italy with Dynamo Sassari where he played in 31 games where he averaged 12.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.

In Tel Aviv, Alexander joins one of the premier teams in Europe. They went 24-9 in the Israeli Winner League last season.

Alexander played with the club in the 2014-15 season, where he helped them win a Eurocup championship.
