We have an update on Stedman Bailey, and it’s a good one.

TMZ Sports reported on Tuesday that Bailey is out of ICU, but still in the hospital in a special physical therapy facility in Florida. Bailey’s agent, Tony Fleming, said that the WVU star receiver is walking and talking again and “getting back to himself.”

“He is getting his strength back and just taking it one day at a time. He is scheduled to be released out of the hospital on the 23rd,” Fleming said. “The Rams are great. They have been talking to the doctors like once every few days staying on top of it.”

Once released, Bailey faces an extensive recovery period. He vows to get back on the field one day.

If he gets released next Wednesday, it will be less than a month after the shooting which occurred on November 25th. How about that for a Christmas present?
