Quick Hits: Huggins updates media on status of Jonathan Holton

In the weekly Big 12 teleconference WVU head coach Bob Huggins updated the media on the status of senior forward Jonathan Holton. Holton who has been suspended since after the Texas game for violation of team rules has missed the last three games for the Mountaineers.

When asked about Holton’s status Huggins initially said he had no update. However, later in the interview Huggins stated Holton “probably won’t” be available for the Mountaineers matchup vs Kansas tomorrow night. Holton has not been practicing with the team according to sources.

WVU has gone 2-1 in Holton’s absence including two straight wins over ranked Big 12 opponents.
