Rasul Douglas Officially Ready for WVU

Rasul Douglas, out of Nassau C.C,  was the highest rated prospect in the Mountaineers 2015 recruiting class. Rated in the top 15 nationally at the cornerback position he was expected to make an immediate impact at WVU this fall.

However, Douglas had a few academic loose ends to wrap up before he could be cleared to join the program. Mountaineer fans waited the rest of the spring and summer to hear if the 6’3 200 lb. 4 star defensive back would be able to get to Morgantown. That question seems to have finally been answered.

“Everything is good to go” Douglas told BGS this morning. “I am just waiting for the coaching staff to give me a date”.

Douglas will be a great addition to a WVU secondary that is already boasting numerous preseason accolades. Once settled in you can expect the JUCO All-American to contribute in a big way in 2015.
