Recruiting: WVU Offers ASU Commit

Its been a busy last couple weeks for offers around the West Virginia University football complex.

Last week WVU reached out to Arizona State commitment Alfred Smith from Destrehan High School (LA).

Smith, 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds committed to the Sun Devils back in May, but that hasn’t stopped programs like West Virginia from continuing the pursuit. The 3-star 2015 prospect selected Arizona State over Florida, Clemson, Tennessee, Nebraska and Ole Miss to name a few.

Despite a total of 12 offers including schools such as Florida. Mississippi St, and Nebraska, WVU is the only school currently still pursuing the speedy receiver.
