MORGANTOWN, W.Va.—The Big 12 Board of Directors approved a plan for student-athletes to start utilizing campus’ facilities. On June 15, football student-athletes will be allowed to use facilities. Then on July 1, volleyball, soccer and cross-country athletes can return. All other student-athletes are permitted to return on July 15.
