This week was a showdown in the Big 12. As these conference games are some of the most important games that will be played this year. Especially this week when there were some serious upsets, and some serious losses. However this week is done and gone. So what can we expect next?
In one day, Texas upsets the #3 Kansas Jayhawks by 25 points and mere hours later, the Oklahoma Sooners won by four against the West Virginia Mountaineers.
The TCU Horned Frogs won by 7 against Kansas State.
Top-tier Baylor won by 11 against Iowa State, and #13 Texas Tech losing by 5 against the unranked Oklahoma State.

January 4th: This Monday, the West Virginia Mountaineers travel to Oklahoma to battle it out with the Oklahoma State Cowboys. A great bounce-back game, after both the loss to Oklahoma and the loss of Cottrell and Tshiebwe. Tip-off at the late spot, 9:00 ET.
January 5th: Tuesday has three Big 12 games; Kansas State and Texas Tech lead the day off starting at 7:00. In the next hour, Iowa State heads down to Texas to face off with an on-the-rise Longhorns squad. Rounding out Tuesday’s trio of games has the Kansas Jayhawks looking to bounce back versus the TCU Horned Frogs.
January 6th: The Baylor Bears face the Oklahoma Sooners in a 9:00 ET tip.
January 9th: Many of the times for Saturday’s games are still up in the air. Finally back in Morgantown, West Virginia plays host to Texas, which should be a fairly heated rivalry. The Sooners face another tough team in the Kansas Jayhawks. The rest of the conference settles like this; Baylor v. TCU, Texas Tech v. Iowa State and Kansas State v. Oklahoma State.
