Tsheibwe named in ESPN’s Top 25 college basketball players for 2020-2021

Morgantown, W.VA. – ESPN has been getting a head start on their pre-season basketball content for the 2020-2021 season, providing a much-needed distraction in light of current affairs.

One of West Virginia’s own big guys, Oscar Tshiebwe, was included in the sports behemoth’s top 25 list of college basketball players for the upcoming season. Tshiebwe was ranked tenth out of the top 25 list put out.

In his first season as a Mountaineer, the freshman exceeded all expectations and essentially blew people away with his skill. The freshman was ranked number one in the nation in offensive rebounds and finished the season 71% at the line.

Tshiebwe is joined by fellow Big 12 athlete Cade Cunningham of Oklahoma State on the Top 25 list.
