West Virginia Award Winners for the Youngstown State Game

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (September 11, 2016) – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers 38-21 win against Youngstown State on Saturday, Sept. 10.

      Offensive Champion – Skyler Howard; Defensive Champion – Khairi Sharif; Special Teams Champion – Billy Kinney; Offensive Scout Champion – Will Grier ; Defensive Scout Champion – Brandan Rivers.

Howard finished the game 20/33 for 389 yards and 5 touchdowns. Kinney had four punts averaging 49.3 yards per punt.
