WVU hoops drop one spot in AP Poll

Morgantown, W. Va. – Monday afternoon another weekly Top 25 AP Poll for men’s basketball. Last week, the Mountaineers came in at the 13th spot on the poll.

This week’s rankings see the Mountaineers dropping one spot in the polls, from 12th to 13th following a loss at Texas Tech and a home win versus Kansas State.

Fellow Big 12 opponents Baylor (1) and Kansas (3) are still sitting atop of the rankings as the weeks get closer to March Madness.

The Mountaineers play host to Iowa State Wednesday evening in Morgantown, with a 7:00pm tip off before traveling to Norman, Oklahoma to take on the Sooners Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm EST.
