WVU Learns Big 12 Opponents For December

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – (September 28th, 2020) — On Monday afternoon the Big 12 conference announced that there will be two conference games in the month of December.

This announcement came to be after the NCAA delayed the basketball season until November 25th. The league decided to play two games in December to be safe of potential cancellations due to COVID-19.

The West Virginia Mountaineers will be playing Iowa State in Morgantown, and will be traveling to Lawrence, Kansas to take on the Kansas Jayhawks. Both games’ dates will be TBD.

As the weeks in October pass, we should have a more clear idea of all who the Mountaineers will be playing in hoops this coming winter.
