WVU makes offer to Mohamed Wague

With the offseason in full swing for West Virginia, the search to replace multiple starters has begun.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was announced the Mountaineers had offered Mohamed Wague — a forward from Harcum College in Pennsylvania.

Wague, averaged 15.1 points per game, while playing in 34 games and shot 65% from the field this past season in JUCO. Wague averaged 12.1 rebounds per game and his mark of 167 total offensive rebounds and 411 total rebounds was first in the NJCAA.

Wague is 6-foot-10, and led Harcum to a 32-2 record this season and has three years of eligibility remaining.
