MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University baseball team has added a home game against in-state foe Marshall on Tuesday, May 11, at Monongalia County Ballpark in Morgantown. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. ET.
Tickets to the contest will be available to the general public, beginning Thursday, April 22, at 12 p.m. All tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and priced at $7, as reflected on the seat map at WVUGAME.com. A limit of six (6) tickets can be purchased per account. Tickets are available through WVUGAME.com or by calling the Mountaineer Ticket Office at 1-800-WVU-GAME.
The Mountaineers and Thundering Herd are set to meet for the third time this season. On March 23, MU defeated WVU, 7-1, at the Kennedy Center YMCA in Huntington, before West Virginia earned a 9-3 win over Marshall on April 14, in Morgantown.
Overall, WVU leads the all-time series, 49-25, including 10 wins in the last 12 meetings.
