WVU Still Set To Play Georgetown

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – (September 29th, 2020) — The Big 12 and Big East have confirmed that the Big East-Big 12 Battle will still go on this basketball season.

The West Virginia Mountaineers will travel to Washington D.C. to take on the Georgetown Hoyas. The date for this is still TBD.

As of September 29th, the only confirmed non-conference game for the Mountaineers will be:

-Three of: Duke, Ohio State, Creighton, Utah, Texas A&M, Memphis, Wichita State (Battle 4 Atlantis)

-At Georgetown (Big East/Big12 Battle)

-Big 12/SEC Challenge

The games against Pitt and Purdue have not been confirmed if they’re still playing or not.
