WVU Wide Receiver Target Gets Camp MVP

WVU WR target KJ Hamler walked away with the MVP award during the Mountaineers camp this past weekend but his impression of what WVU has to offer was much more.

“I had a great time, I love the environment up there. Just met coach Galloway and he’s a pretty cool coach and I was finally glad to meet him” Hamler said after asked about the experience yesterday. He states that he will be back at WVU for an official visit before making his final decision.

A big factor in his recruitment is attending a university that fits his style as a receiver.” WVU is one of my top schools right now in my recruiting process.” Michigan and Michigan State still remain a big threat to keep Hamler instate.

While it looks like a great match on paper WVU will have it’s work cut out for them to land this promising receiver but they seem to be in a great position¬†following Sunday’s camp.

Hamler is rated a 3 star prospect by BGS in the 2017 recruiting class.
