WVU’s Joseph Makes Decision

As previously reported, Junior safety Karl Joseph had plans to submit his paperwork to the NFL draft advisory board to decide whether he would forego his senior year to enter the 2015 NFL draft. All indications are Joseph submitted his paperwork and received an answer.

As first reported by Mike Casazza and confirmed by BGS, Karl Joseph has decided to return to WVU for his senior season. Originally it was reported that Joseph would make his decision based on what round he would be projected to go in the draft. It is unknown what the answer was though latest projections had him as a 3rd to 4th round pick this coming season.

Regardless of the reason, Joseph will return for his senior season and be the anchor of what will be a veteran defense. Joseph’s return will undoubtedly make WVU’s defensive secondary one of the best in the Big 12.
