West Virginia football and head coach Neal Brown made the official announcement of two new transfers — Beanie Bishop and Tyrin Bradley — on Monday.

Bishop is a 5-foot-10, 185-pound defensive back, who comes to the Mountaineers from Minnesota. Bishop finished last season with 29 tackles, including 20 solo stops, one sack and a pass breakup. Prior to Minnesota, Bishop spent four seasons at Western Kentucky, and was a 2021 All-Conference USA First Team selection for his play at defensive back.

Bradley is a 6-foot-3, 250-pound defensive lineman, who is going to add depth to the Mountaineer defensive front. Bradley comes from Abilene Christian, after growing up in Lubbock, Texas. Last season Bradley was an All-WAC First Team selection, and had 49 tackles, which was second-best on the team. Bradley led the team in sacks (4.0), tackles for loss (10.5) and quarterback hurries (14).

Bradley will have two years of eligibility remaining, while Bishop will only have one.
