West Virginia announced their uniform combination for their opening game against Penn State.
The Mountaineers will be wearing a road variation which features a blue helmet, white jerseys, and gold pants.
West Virginia wore this uniform twice in 2021 against TCU and against Minnesota in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl. They wore the uniform just once last season in a loss to Iowa State.
The Mountaineers will travel to Happy Valley on Saturday to take on the No. 7 ranked Penn State Nittany Lions. The game can be seen on NBC with kickoff set for 7:30.
