West Virginia quarterback Nicco Marchiol has announced his commitment to the Mountaineers NIL fund, Country Roads Trust, for the 2024 season.
The 6’1” 225 pound quarterback spent the season serving as the backup to Garrett Greene, coming in after Greene suffered an injury early in the game against Pitt as well as serving as the starter against Texas Tech. Marchiol also made sporadic appearances for the Mountaineers late in games when Greene would be taken out.
The redshirt sophomore finished with 247 yards and two touchdowns.
