Scoring a season-high high in floor with a 9.925 and picking up her first career event win against Kent State, West Virginia’s Jurnee Lane was named Big 12 Conference Event Specialist of the Week.
Lane helped the Mountaineers gymnastics team achieve their first 9.9 score or higher in any event this season.
The freshman is also the first WVU gymnast to be named to a weekly award in 2024.
