Pat McAfee, Kirk Herbstreit, to do live show in Morgantown with proceeds going to Country Roads Trust and WVU Children’s Hospital

Prior to the start of the 2023 football season, ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit said that he would do anything former Mountaineer Pat McAfee wanted if the Mountaineers won at least six games.

Nine wins later, the two are coming through on that bet.

On his daily The Pat McAfee Show, McAfee announced him and Herbstreit will be coming to a theatre in Morgantown and conduct a live show from there. McAfee then said half the proceeds will go to WVU’s NIL fund, and the other half will go to the WVU Children’s Hospital.

“I’m going to announce this now even though it has not been scheduled and we have no idea if it’s possible. Me and Kirk Herbstreit will be doing a live show at a theatre in Morgantown, where the ticket money that is raised will be donated 50-50 to the NIL and to the children’s hospital down there right across the parking lot from the stadium,” McAfee said.
