On Saturday, Northwest Florida State transfer Célia Rivière announced her commitment to West Virginia.
Rivière, originally from Paris, is a 6-foot-3 forward who averaged 12.5 points, 6.8 rebounds and three assists per game this past season. She has two years of remaining eligibility.
Rivière will look to add height to the Mountaineers women’s basketball team and joins Auburn transfer, guard Sydney Shaw in committing to WVU after entering the transfer portal.
