Even with new quarterbacks entering the Big 12, WVU senior Garrett Greene stands above the rest.
PFF College revealed its grades for the Big 12’s quarterbacks returning to college football this season. The 10-player list includes all Big 12 quarterbacks who saw a minimum of 250 snaps last season, including those new to the Big 12.
After throwing for 2,406 yards and rushing for 772 last season, Garrett Green recorded the highest grade on the list, scoring a 90.9. Green is followed closely by Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders, who joins the Big 12 this season with a grade of 88.2.
Green will start for the Mountaineers at quarterback this season. West Virginia will open its season against Penn State on August 31 in Morgantown.
