Three-star Class of 2025 cornerback Tyrell Russell has flipped his commitment from Toledo to West Virginia.
The high school senior from Columbus, OH has been committed to the Rockets since July, but just announced Tuesday morning he will call Morgantown his new home.
Russell had plenty of other D1 offers including Nebraska, Akron, and Marshall.
