Former West Virginia high school standout, Cyrus Traugh, has transferred from Youngstown State to WVU.

During his high school days at Parkersburg South, the wide receiver recorded 1,200 yards with 84 receptions and 19 touchdowns, winning the Randy Moss Award.

The highly talented wide receiver only played in two games his freshman year at Youngstown state but had 36 receptions for 409 yards and five touchdowns this current season. In the Penguins’ game against Pitt, Traugh led the team with a season high 87 yards and two touchdowns.

Traugh was on a visit to WVU during the introductory press conference for new head coach Rich Rodriguez and will now come back to his home state to play for the Mountaineers with two years of eligibility reamining.
