West Virginia football inside receivers coach Blaine Stewart is departing from the Mountaineers to accept a position with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Stewart enters his third year with the Mountaineers after being rehired by Rich Rodriguez after coaching the tight ends his first two years in Morgantown.

Having previous NFL experience, Stewart leaving to return to the big leagues comes as no surprise. He served as an assistant wide receivers coach for three years with the Pittsburgh Steelers prior to joining the West Virginia staff.
