The series opener of the series between No. 16 WVU and Texas Tech was slated for Friday at 6:30 pm but was postponed due to inclement weather.
The teams were getting ready to take the field when the game was originally delayed due to lightning, but ultimately ended up getting postponed. The teams are set to play a doubleheader Saturday, with the first game scheduled for noon.
